Buying IPTV in Ireland: payment, delivery, support and the legal position

How payment works

Prices are quoted in euro and charged in euro, with no conversion at checkout. Card, PayPal, cryptocurrency and gift cards are all accepted here, and no card is stored afterwards, there is no recurring mandate to cancel because none is created. An invoice is issued for every order, which matters if you are a reseller putting it through a business.

How delivery works

“Delivery” for IPTV means an email containing your server URL, username, password and M3U link. It usually arrives within a few minutes of an order being confirmed; orders placed overnight are processed the following morning. Nothing is posted, nothing is installed and no engineer visits. Support hours in Irish time

Ours run seven days a week, and the queue is answered by people rather than a bot. The practical test for any provider is not the advertised hours but the response time at 9pm on a Saturday, send a question then, before you buy, and judge from the reply.

Moving house, changing device, going abroad

Your subscription follows the credentials, not the address, so a house move changes nothing. Changing device is a matter of signing in to a new player. Travelling works too, though some destinations route badly and a VPN helps, tell support where you are going and we will say what to expect.

The legal position

IPTV as a technology is entirely legal in Ireland: it is how the RTÉ Player and every broadcaster app works. What varies is which content a viewer is licensed to receive. We supply the technical service and the servers behind it; holding the licences that apply to you is your responsibility as the subscriber, and we are not affiliated with RTÉ, Virgin Media, Sky or any broadcaster.
