This policy explains what IPTV Pro collects when you use iptvpro.irish, why we collect it and how long we keep it. We collect as little as the service allows.

Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfect: if a breach affects you we will tell you without undue delay.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. Payments are processed by our payment providers, so we never collect or store card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page.
Why we collect it
Your contact details are used to deliver credentials, to reach you about your order and to provide support. Technical data is used to keep the site working, to detect abuse and to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Legal basis
Order data is processed to perform the contract between us. Technical and analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a secure and usable website. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who make the service work: our hosting provider, our email provider and, where relevant, a delivery partner. They process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. Support conversations are kept for twelve months. Server logs are kept for thirty days.
Legal framework
Personal data is processed under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The supervisory authority is the Data Protection Commission.
