Refund & Money-Back Policy
We would rather refund a customer the service does not suit than keep the money and lose the reputation. This page sets out exactly when a refund applies and how to request one.

Partial periods
Where a refund is agreed part-way through a period, we refund the unused portion calculated to the nearest whole month, unless the service was unusable throughout, in which case the full amount is refunded.
The 30-day guarantee
If the service does not work acceptably for you, request a refund within thirty days of delivery and we will refund the amount paid for the current period. You do not have to explain your reasoning, though telling us helps us fix the cause.
Before you request
Most problems reported as faults are network or configuration issues that support resolves in minutes. We ask that you contact support once before requesting a refund so we can attempt a fix. If the problem is on our side and cannot be resolved, the refund follows immediately.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available where the service works as described and the request relates to a change of mind after substantial use, where access has been resold or shared beyond the purchased screen limit, or where a specific channel was never advertised as part of the plan.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the name and address used on the order and a short description of the problem. We reply within twenty-four hours and process approved refunds within five working days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned by the method used for the original payment, or by another method agreed with you when the request is approved, normally a bank transfer to an account in the name of the account holder.
Statutory cancellation
A fourteen-day withdrawal period applies to distance contracts. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when access begins, and that is how our 30-day guarantee sits on top of it.
